The famous local dishes of Guiyang include Spicy Chicken, Refined Spicy Fish with Crisp Skin, Qingyan Bean Curd, Hot and Spicy Diced Chicken and Peanuts, Salted Fish in Millets, No. 1 Pig’s Trotters, Eight-treasure Soft-shelled Turtles, and Fish in Sour Soup.
