Tour Itinerary

  • DAY 1 Guiyang

    Transfer via: flight - your arrangement

    Activities for today: Airport to hotel transfer

    Upon your arrival at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure.

  • DAY 2 Guiyang/Anshun/Guiyang

    Activities for today: Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, Huangguoshu Waterfall, Doupotang Waterfall

    Today, drive about 2.5 hours to Anshun Huangguoshu Scenic and Historic Interest Zone. Visit Tianxingqiao Scenic Area（include cable car), Huangguoshu Waterfall（elevator down and up）and Doupotang Waterfall. After sightseeing, drive back to Guiyang.

  • DAY 3 Guiyang/Pingtang

    Activities for today: Five Hundred Meter Aperture Spherical Telescope, Pingtang International Experience Planetarium

    Drive 2.5 hours to Pingtang county. You will be stunned by the science and technology project of China, the world's largest radio telescope FAST (Five Hundred Meter Aperture Spherical Telescope). Located in the Dawodang depression, a natural basin in Pingtang county, it is nicknamed Tianyan ("Eye of the Sky). It consists of a fixed 500 m diameter dish constructed in a natural depression in the landscape.

    After some hours at the area of FAST, move on to Pingtang International Experience Planetarium, where you have an opportunity to explore the mysteries of the universe and learn more about the radio telescope FAST.

  • DAY 4 Pingtang/Libo

    Activities for today: Xiaoqikong Secenic Area, Daqikong Secenic Area

    Drive 1.5 hours to Libo county. Our sightseeing begins at Xiaoqikong Secenic Area, which is a beautiful and exquisite landscape with caves, forests, lakes, waterfalls, rocks, and river. You can choose to take a boat trip in the lake and the water forests. Then proceed to Daqikong Secenic Area to see the natural wonders.

  • DAY 5 Libo/Leishan

    Activities for today: Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village

    Morning drive about 2.5 hours (200 km) to the world's largest Miao ethnic village in Leishan county - Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. In the village, you can see wind and rain bridges, visit Miao Nationality Museum, watch singing and dancing show, enjoy your walk on the the streets, roam around the wooden stilted houses and twisting lanes to absorb the authentic local life, have a panoramic view of the village at the sightseeing platform.

  • DAY 6 Xijiang/Guiyang

    Transfer via: flight - your arrangement

    Activities for today: Hotel to airport transfer.

    After breakfast, leave the village and drive (188 km, 2.25 hrs) back to Guiyang for the flight to your next destination.

All meals as specified in the itinerary. "B" stands for Chinese or western breakfast at your hotel. "L" for Chinese Lunch at local Chinese restaurant.
